Prime Minister of Bhutan His Excellency Lyonchhen Dr. Lotay Tshering called on May 23, 2019, to congratulate Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for his victory in the general elections in India.   PM Dr. Lotay Tshering lauded the strong leadership provided by PM Shri Modi in India and hoped that India achieved great successes under his vision and leadership.
