The Lok SabhaSpeaker, Shri Om Birla said that the legislative, executive   and judiciary wingsshould all fulfil their responsibility to bring a change and give direction to build a New India. He was speaking after inaugurating an Orientation Course on Parliamentary Practices and Procedures for - IAS officers of 2017 Batch in New Delhi today.
